بررسی اهمیت عوامل توانمندی مراکز تحقیق و توسعه بر روش های انتقال تکنولوژی در سرمایه گذاری مطالعه موردی : صنایع خودرو سازی ایران

چکیده

تحقیق و توسعه به عنوان یک عامل اصلی در رشد صنایع و سرمایه گذاری های آتی محسوب می شود که می تواند بقائ سازمان ها را در دنیای پیچیده رقابت رقم بزند. شناخت توانمندی های مراکز تحقیق و توسعه و ارزیابی های دقیق در جهت تحقق اهداف استراتژیک  در شرکت های خودرو سازی از اهم مسایل است. صنعت خودرو به عنوان یک صنعت مولد و تاثیر گذار در ابعاد مختلف جامعه در تمام دنیا جای خود را بیش از پیش باز کرده و و با سرمایه گذاری های بلند مدت گسترش یافته است. در این مقاله ، سعی شده است بر اساس نظر خبرگان و مطالعات پیشین،  ابتدا عوامل توانمندی واحد های تحقیق و توسعه مشخص گردد و سپس تاثیر این عوامل به عنوان معیار های ارزیابی به روش مقایسه‌های زوجی [i]((FDEMATEL  بررسی شده است. سپس اهمیت آن ها بر کانال ها ی انتقال تکنولوژی که نقش بسزایی در سرمایه گذاری دارند ، توسط 20 نفر از خبرگان شرکت های ایران خودرو و سایپا در یک ماتریس مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است که علاوه بر تعیین اولویت های توانمندی بیان کننده چالش های موجود نیز در این مراکز می باشد

چکیده [English]

Research and development is   a key factor in   industries growth and   future investment   that  can bring  survival of organizations  in  the complex world of competition. Understanding the capabilities of R & D centers and detailed assessment in order to achieve strategic objectives in the auto companies are important issues. The automotive industry is also whit long  investing  developed   as an influential productive industry at different aspects of society and all over the world, more than ever. In this paper, based on expert opinion and previous studies, the factors that determine the ability of R & D units . And then  investigated  as a criteria  for assessment  the impact of this factor, paired comparisons method (FDEMATEL). Then its importance on technology transfer channels that play a role in investment, By 20 experts firms Iran Khodro  and Saipa Companies  is in a matrix has been studied, In addition to the ability to set priorities reflect the challenges in these centers.
