ارائه مدل جامع تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر نگرش و رفتار سرمایه‌گذاران با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری

چکیده
سرمایه‌گذاری بهینه در بازار رقابتی امروز، نیازمند توزیع عادلانه خدمت به فعالان بازار سرمایه است. این امر منوط به شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی مولفه‌های مهم تأثیرگذار بر رفتارهای تصیمیم‌گیری سرمایه‌گذاران است. در این پژوهش تلاش شده تا زوایای آشکار مؤثر بر نگرش و رفتار منجر به تصمیم‌گیری در سرمایه‌گذاران شناسایی شده و با تعریف مفهومی و عملیاتی آنها و تدوین ارتباط بین آنها، جهت‌گیری مشخصی برای نوع و شیوه تصمیم‌گیری سرمایه‌گذاران فعال در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران مشخص گردد؛ لذا هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل جامع تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر رفتار و نگرش سرمایه‌گذاران در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. بدین منظور تعداد 350 پرسشنامه به صورت نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس توزیع شد که 225 پرسشنامه تکمیل و جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی بررسی و مقوله‌های اصلی تحقیق از قبیل ، درک از عملکرد خود، توانایی مالی، نگرش رفتاری، تورش‌های شناختی و تصمیم بهینه سرمایه‌گذاران شناسایی شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد درک از عملکرد خود دارای رابطۀ منفی و معنادار با نگرش رفتاری و دارای رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار با توانایی مالی است. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان داد نگرش رفتاری دارای رابطۀ منفی و معنادار و توانایی مالی دارای رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار با تصمیم بهینه سرمایه‌گذاران است. علاوه بر این، نتایج تحلیل بیشتر نشان داد تورش‌های شناختی دارای اثر تعدیل‌کنندگی بر رابطه بین درک عملکرد از خود با نگرش رفتاری و توانایی مالی است.

چکیده English

This research seeks to develop applied knowledge in individual decision making that is influenced by rational and financially beneficial financial decisions. In this research, we try to find the obvious angles affecting the attitudes and behaviors that led to decision making in the identified investors, and by their conceptual and operational definition, and the formulation of their relationship, in a certain orientation for the type and manner of decision making of the investors in Tehran Stock Exchange. Based on this, the research, with a qualitative and quantitative combination approach, has been compiling theoretical foundations and developing a conceptual model of investor behavior and testing the assumptions associated with this model. The results of the research show that the most important factors shaping the active decision-maker's decision-making behavior understand of their performance, financial ability, behavioral attitude, and optimal decision.
