ارائه الگوی اکوسیستم کارآفرینی فن‌آورانه در حوزه کسب‌وکارهای دانش‌بنیان فعال در بخش فناوری مالی

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر بر اساس هدف تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع کیفی –کمی است. موضوع پژوهش اکوسیستم کارآفرینی فناورانه در کسب و کارهای دانش بنیان در پارک علم و فناوری تهران و قزوین می باشد. از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند یا قضاوتی -گلوله برفی جهت انتخاب نمونه ی 15 نفری از خبرگان دانشگاهی استفاده شده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در روش میدانی، به سه روش پرسشنامه، مصاحبه و مشاهده است از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شده است. روایی و پایایی ابزار سنجش توسط 6 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و عملی در زمینه کارآفرینی فناورانه ارائه شده و نظرات آن‌ها جهت اصلاح موارد بر روی آن اعمال گردید و پس از اعمال اصلاحات تائید گردید. تنظیم و تحلیل داده‌های کیفی مستلزم انجام سه فعالیت است: تلخیص داده‌ها، عرضه‌ی داده‌ها، نتیجه‌گیری. به همین منظور پس از انجام مصاحبه با افراد جامعه آماری تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و بهره گیری از نرم افزار اطلس تی8 انجام گرفته است. تحلیل داده های بخش کمی در نرم افزار SMART PLS3 نشان داد که ضریب مسیر متغیرهای فناوری مالی(فین تک) و کارآفرینی فناورانه که به مقدار 0.532 همچنین آماره t به مقدار 7.205 می‌باشد. بنابراین الگوی ارائه شده از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است.

چکیده [English]

The present research is applied based on the purpose of the research and qualitative-quantitative in terms of data collection. The research topic is technological entrepreneurship ecosystem in knowledge-based businesses in Tehran and Qazvin Science and Technology Parks. Targeted or judgmental-snowball sampling method was used to select a sample of 15 academic experts. The data collection tool in the field method is three methods: questionnaire, interview and observation. Semi-structured interview method has been used. Validity and reliability of the assessment tool were presented by 6 academic and practical experts in the field of technological entrepreneurship and their opinions were applied to it to correct the cases and after the amendments were approved. Organizing and analyzing qualitative data requires three activities: data summarization, data supply, and conclusion. For this purpose, after conducting interviews with members of the statistical community, qualitative data analysis was performed using qualitative content analysis method and using Atlas T8 software. Quantitative data analysis showed that the path coefficient of the variables of financial technology (fintech) and technological entrepreneurship is 0.532 and the t-statistic is 7.205. Therefore, the proposed model has a good fit.
