تحول دیجیتال در بانکداری شرکتی: رویکرد نظری و تحلیل رفتاری

چکیده
اقتصاد دیجیتال و تحولات آن از پیامدهای ورود فناوری اطلاعات به جهان اقتصاد و کسب و کارهای آن است. از جمله کسب و کارهایی که متاثر از اقتصاد دیجیتال و تحولات دنیای دیجیتال بوده است، صنعت بانکداری و به ویژه بانکداری شرکتی می‏باشد.
مقاله حاضر به تحولات دیجیتال در عصر فرا اطلاعات از یک طرف و تاثیرات آن بر بانکداری شرکتی می‏پردازد.
رویکرد روش‏شناسی پژوهش حاضر، دانشی و مبتنی بر ادبیات موضوع و مبانی نظری است که نتیجه آن شناسایی و ارائه چارچوب علمی دانش افزا است.
نتایج پژوهش نشان می‏دهد که تحول دیجیتال و دیجیتالی شدن کسب وکارها از پیامدهای نوظهور هزاره سوم است و مهم‏تر از همه، تاثیر این تحولات بر صنعت بانکداری و بانکداری شرکتی به طور گسترده اجتناب ‏ناپذیر بوده است.
همچنین بر پایه مبانی دانشی و پیشینه‏ها، نتایج شرایطی فراهم نمود که یافته‏های پژوهش به عنوان پشتوانه علمی و پژوهشی قابل تامل می‏باشد.

چکیده English

Digital economy and changes are the results of the arrival of technology to the world of economics and its work. Among other things known as the international economy and evolution of the world, it is the banking industry and especially corporate banking.The article fits into digital changes in the age of data from one side and the effect from the other.The theoretical study of the present is knowledge of literature of the subject, the result of which is to produce scientific knowledge.The results of research show that digital transformation and digitalization are a lot of work from the upstart of the third millennium, and, most important of all, it has been a reaction to banking industry and corporate banking.It also based on knowledge and history, upon conditions which research as the basis of scientific research.
