ارائه مدل حاصل از کارکرد منابع قدرت در سنجش عملکرد صندوق های سرمایه گذاری و کیفیت گزارشگری مالی

چکیده
امروزه کارایی و اثربخشی هر سازمان به شکل قابل توجهی به شیوه مدیریت و کاربرد صحیح و مؤثر منابع انسانی بستگی دارد. همچنین مدیران می توانند با افزایش بازدهی پرتفوی و متعاقباً جذب نقدینگی موجود در اقتصاد کشور به ارتقاء فعالیتهای مولد اقتصادی و کارایی بازارهای مالی کمک کنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیرمنابع قدرت بر عملکرد صندوق های سرمایه گذاری وکیفیت گزارشگری مالی به اجرا درآمد. این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت و محتوا از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. در این تحقیق اطلاعات مربوط به 66 صندوق سرمایه گذاری پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 01/01/1399 تا 30/12/1399 است که نمونه آماری را تشکیل داده‌اند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که قدرت مدیران بر عملکرد صندوق-های سرمایه‌گذاری و کیفیت گزارشگری مالی تاثیر دارد، همچنین متغیر عملکرد شرکت به عنوان متغیر میانجی وارد رابطه بین قدرت مدیران و کیفیت گزارشگری مالی می‌شود.

چکیده English

The efficiency and effectiveness of any organization significantly depend on the management and proper use of human resources. Managers may also contribute to the promotion of productive activities and the efficiency of financial markets by increasing the return on portfolio and subsequently attracting liquidity in the country's economy. The present study aims to investigate the sources of power on the performance of mutual funds and the quality of financial reporting. This research is correlational in nature and content. In this research, a sample of 66 mutual funds was reviewed from March 2020 to March 2021 in Tehran Stock Exchange. The results of this study showed that the power of managers affects the performance of mutual funds and the quality of financial reporting, also the performance of the company may be a mediating variable in the relationship between the power of managers and the quality of financial reporting.
