شناسایی ابعاد، ویژگی ها و الزامات نظام مدیریت ریسک با استفاده از روش فراترکیب (مطالعه موردی: صنایع تبدیلی بخش کشاورزی)

چکیده

امروزه، با تغییرات گسترده در اقتصاد جهانی، ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های کسب و کار به طور مداوم تغییر می‌کنند. بنابراین شرکتها نیازمند رویه‌هایی به منظور شناسایی، ارزیابی، مدیریت و نظارت بر ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های کسب و کار خود می‌باشند. با توجه به شرایط اشاره شده سوال اصلی این است که یک شرکت چگونه باید گام‌های عملی و مؤثری را برای اداره ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های موجود در کسب و کار خود بردارد بطوریکه بیشترین ارزش افزوده را برای آن به دنبال داشته باشد؟ مدیریت ریسک شرکت بمنظور پاسخگویی سازمان-ها به این نیاز به وجود آمده و در طی دهه‌های اخیر مورد توجه جامعه کسب و کار و دانشگاهی قرار گرفته است. در اصطلاح مفهومی مدیریت ریسک شرکت رویکردی سیستماتیک برای شناسایی، ارزیابی، اولویت‌بندی و کنترل ریسک‌ها و اثرات کلی آنها در تمام شرکت و با نگاهی جامع و استراتژیک است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش استخراج و گروه‌بندی مؤلفه‌ها و ابعاد نظام مدیریت ریسک شرکت و شناسایی الزامات و بسترهای لازم بمنظور پیاده‌سازی مؤثر آن در صنایع تبدیلی بخش کشاورزی با استفاده از روش فراترکیب است. ابزار این بررسی، اسناد و مدارک پیشین در این زمینه است که در کل تعداد 60 پژوهش را شامل می‌شود. شیوه تحلیل داده‌ها کدگذاری باز بوده و نتایج نشان‌دهنده آن است که 204 کد شناسایی شده در 33 بعد اصلی قابلیت طبقه‌بندی را دارند.

چکیده [English]

Today, with the widespread changes in the global economy, business risks and opportunities are constantly changing. therefore, companies need procedures to identify and evaluate, manage and monitor their business risks and opportunities. according to the conditions mentioned the key question is how should a company take effective steps to manage the risks and opportunities in their business in order to maximize value for them? enterprise risk management is created to answer the needs of organizations about this matter and it has been the focus of business and academic community in recent decades. the concept of enterprise risk management (ERM) is a systematic approach to identifying, evaluating, prioritizing and controlling risks and their overall impact on the whole company and with a holistic view. the main purpose of this research is to extract and group the components and dimensions of corporate risk management and identify the requirements and contexts for its effective implementation in the agricultural conversion industries using the Meta-synthesis method. the tool of this review is previous documentation, which comprises a total of 60 studies and the method of data analysis is open coding. the results show that 204 identified codes can be classified into 33 main dimensions.
