Abstract
In a world full of complexities, achieving correct risk management is considered as a fundamental and basic concept in creating entrepreneurship and value creation of organizations, especially in the time of uncertainty that prevents companies from acting quickly and incorrectly and to them. It allows flexibility and resilience. . Therefore, the purpose of this research is to first deal with the concepts of risk management and types of risks, as well as resilience patterns in times of uncertainty among investors from the perspective of knowledge, and then to present a conceptual model of risk management with a resilience approach for the first time in Iran. To achieve this goal, using metacombination technique, 58 articles published in reliable scientific databases were evaluated between 2000 and 2021. Then, based on the seven-step approach of Sandlowski and Barroso, the codes were extracted, analyzed and classified. After measuring the reliability and validity of the results, finally the proposed conceptual model of risk management with resilience approach was presented. Based on the findings of this research, the proposed conceptual model includes 10 main codes, each of which explains the management of existing risks from the perspective of positivism and interpretation. Also, in the proposed extended model, risk management has been explained from a conceptual point of view, through a flexible multi-dimensional approach at three micro, medium and macro levels, taking into account parameters such as technology, environment, economy and society.
