Abstract
The purpose of the present study is to examine and formulate a regulatory governance model for the country's industrial development in medical equipment. Given that the country's industrial development in medical equipment is used to ensure health and promote the general health of the society, therefore, in order to maintain national health and maintain social health in the domestic and foreign dimensions, determining a model for implementing regulatory governance and achieving these goals can be an effective step in achieving regulatory governance for the country's industrial development in medical equipment. The present study has studied and examined the regulatory governance model for the country's industrial development in medical equipment. The methodology used in this study is quantitative-qualitative (mixed), in which in the qualitative part, using the snowball sampling method, 14 experts were identified and in-depth interviews were conducted with them until the theoretical saturation stage was reached and the effective factors in formulating a regulatory governance model were identified. The findings indicate that 25 components are effective in regulatory governance in medical equipment. Therefore, according to the experts and their consensus, in the regulatory governance of the country's medical equipment development, the regulatory institution platform index ranks first; post-release monitoring and evaluation and technical and quality standards rank second; macroeconomic stability ranks fourth; and laws and regulations and life cycle management of medical equipment jointly rank fifth, and the remaining indicators are ranked next.
