The competitive environment for banks is very complex due to global developments, and banks must continuously update their financial products and services according to these changes and customer needs in order to maintain competitive advantage and create value. In this regard, the aim of the current research is to present the value creation model of banks according to developments. The method of this research, in terms of the practical purpose, exploratory and the method of data collection, is done in a mixed method, and the qualitative data collection tool is the Delphi method, and the questionnaire is in the form of coding, and in the quantitative part, the data is analyzed in two descriptive and inferential methods through the software. SPSS 16 and Smart PLS were used and descriptive statistics and factor analysis were used. The results showed that the components: social platforms, agility and competitive intelligence, depth of absorption and assimilation, profit and bank facilities, gamification, fairness and trust in the bank, perceived usefulness and pleasure, social influence were accepted.
