تاثیر هوش هیجانی بر کیفیت تصمیمگیری سرمایه گذاران در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

چکیده
هدف این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر هوش هیجانی بر کیفیت تصمیم­ گیری مالی در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می‌باشد. تصمیم­گیران مورد آزمون که کارگزاران بورس اوراق بهادار (به عنوان تنها گروه شناخته شده به عنوان تحلیل گر مالی در ایران) بودند، تحت دو آزمون شامل "آزمون هوش هیجانی" و "آزمون کیفیت تصمیم­گیری" قرار گرفتند.
اطلاعات مربوط به هوش هیجانی و کیفیت تصمیم گیری کارگزاران با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه  جمع آوری شد. اطلاعات بدست آمده از طریق آزمون آنالیز تشخیصی تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بُعد خود­انگیزی و همدلی تاثیر مثبت و بُعد مدیریت  تاثیر منفی بر کیفیت تصمیم گیری مالی داشته در حالیکه بُعد خود­آگاهی و خود­مدیریتی بر کیفیت تصمیم­گیری مالی تاثیر نداشته است.
نتیجه آزمون کلی اجزای هوش هیجانی بر کیفیت تصمیم­گیری مالی نشان داد که رابطه­ی معناداری بین هوش هیجانی و کیفیت تصمیم­ گیری مالی در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران وجود ندارد..

چکیده English

The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of emotional intelligence on the quality of investors' decision-making at Tehran Stock exchange market. The sample decision-makers who were stock brokers and analyzers were examined by both "emotional intelligence test" and "decision-making quality test".
The data obtained was analyzed by the diagnostic test and indicated that Self-motivation and agreement had positive meaningful influence on the quality of decision-making and the relation management had negative meaningful influence on the quality of decision-making. Other results show that self-consciousness and self-management had no meaningful influences on the quality of decision-making. Likewise, there was no meaningful relation between the emotional intelligence and the quality of decision-making of the investors.
