ارزش‏گذاری تصمیمات ارزش‏آفرین سازمان مادر در کسب و کارهای تابعه

چکیده

ضرورت وجود سازمان مادر از طریق شناسایی نحوه تاثیرگذاری و هم چنین میزان ارزش‏آفرینی تصمیمات و استراتژی‏های سازمان مادر در برآورده ساختن انتظارات ذی‏نفعان کسب و کارهای تابعه مشخص می‏شود. استراتژی‏های سازمان مادر اگر منجر به افزایش جریان‏های نقدی ، نرخ رشد مورد انتظار ، مدت زمان رشد فزاینده و یا کاهش هزینه استفاده از سرمایه نشوند، ارزشی در کسب و کارهای تابعه خود خلق نمی‏کنند. در این تحقیق استراتژی‏ها و تصمیمات سازمان مادر را به عنوان یک دارایی نامحسوس در نظر می‏گیریم و با استفاده از رویکردهای ارزش‏گذاری فرآیندی را ارائه می‏دهیم که بتوانیم میزان ارزش آفرینی تصمیمات سازمان مادر را در کسب وکارهای تابعه آن بسنجیم.

چکیده [English]

The need for the parent company identifies by impacts and valuable decisions and strategies of parent company to meet stakeholder expectations subsidiary businesses. if the parent company’s strategies and decisions led to an increase in cash flow, expected growth rate, duration of growth or reduce the cost of capital, they create value in its subsidiary businesses. In this study, we consider the parent company's strategies and decisions as an intangible asset and by using valuation approaches offer process that could measure the value creation of valuable decisions and strategies of parent company at its subsidiaries.
