چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is to identify and rank the key strategies for the transition to the circular economy based on the enabling role of fintech in small and medium sized companies. In this research, using the objective judgment method, the opinions of 25 managers and experts of small and medium companies active in the automobile industry, based in Tehran province, as well as university professors, were used until theoretical saturation was reached. The current research was conducted using the mixed exploratory research method in two parts, qualitative and quantitative. The data collection tools were interviews in the qualitative part and questionnaires in the quantitative part, and the content analysis method and the best-worst method were used for analysis, respectively. Based on the analysis of the content of the interviews, during the initial coding, 19 items were obtained as primary concepts from the text of the conducted interviews, which were categorized in the form of five sub categories and one main category including strategies. Also, the results of the research in the quantitative section showed that the improvement of fintech services to enable the product reuse cycle has been assigned the highest priority among the strategies
