تبیین الگوی درماندگی مالی در شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش تبیین الگوی درماندگی مالی در شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. در راستای هدف پژوهش اطلاعات مربوط از صورت های مالی شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، در بازه زمانی 1401 – 1390 گردآوری شد. برای تحلیل های آماری از رگرسیون چند متغیره با داده های تابلویی استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می دهد که هموارسازی سود، کیفیت سود، محافظه کاری در حسابداری، متنوع سازی، مدیریت سود واقعی، هزینه نمایندگی، توانایی مدیران، سرمایه در گردش، اهرم مالی، نرخ بازده دارایی، نسبت ارزش دفتری به ارزش بازار بر معیار آلتمن درماندگی مالی تأثیر معناداری دارد.

چکیده English

The purpose of this research is to explain the pattern of financial helplessness in companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. In line with the purpose of the research, the relevant information was collected from the financial statements of the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange, in the period of 2010-2021. Multivariate regression with panel data was used for statistical analysis. The results of the research show that profit smoothing, profit quality, conservatism in accounting, diversification, real profit management, agency cost, managers' ability, working capital, financial leverage, asset return rate, ratio of book value to market value. Altman's measure of financial helplessness has a significant effect.
