ارائه الگوی ریسک تامین مالی در صنعت حمل و نقل و نقش آن در عملکرد مالی شرکتها

چکیده
حمل و نقل با شرایط کنونی یک صنعت حرفه ای و تخصصی مبتنی بر فناوری و سرمایه بر است. ازاینرو فعالیت های تجاری شرکت ها، نیاز مبرمی به تامین مالی قابل توجه در هر مرحله از چرخه تجاری و توسعه خود دارد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل متعدد ریسک تامین مالی در صنعت حمل و نقل بود. این پژوهش ترکیبی با درک اهمیت موارد و عناصر کلیدی موثر در ریسک تامین مالی صنعت حمل و نقل و با توجه به اینکه چارچوب منسجم و مشخصی در باب موضوع پژوهش در جامعه علمی کشور وجود نداشت، با اتخاذ رهیافت ریسک تامین مالی و نقش انکارناپذیر آن بر عملکرد مالی شرکتها، در مرحله نخست از طریق رویکرد تحلیل داده بنیاد پس از انجام 15مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان، الگوی ریسک تامین مالی در صنعت حمل و نقل را بر اساس راهبرد پژوهش کیفی و با استفاده از نرم افزار کدگذاری MAXQDA مدلسازی کرده است، سپس در مرحله دوم (بخش کمی)روابط بین عناصر نظریه با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart PLS2با مشارکت 384 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان صنعت حمل و نقل در معرض آزمون کمی قرار گرفته است، در بخش ارائه الگو 10 مقوله اصلی بر اساس کد گذاری معرفی و طی آن 94 مقوله فرعی شناسایی شد و در نهایت سعی گردید با استفاده از داده های حاصل از پرسشنامه اثر این عوامل بر عملکرد شرکتهای موجود در صنعت حمل و نقل بررسی که طی آن مشخص گردید ریسک تامین مالی بر عملکرد شرکتها اثر منفی خواهد داشت.

چکیده English

Transportation with current conditions is a professional and specialized industry based on technology and capital. Therefore, the business activities of companies have an urgent need for significant financing at each stage of their business cycle and development. The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze multiple factors of financing risk in the transportation industry. This research is combined with the understanding of the importance of factors and key elements affecting the financing risk of the transportation industry and considering that there was no clear and coherent framework regarding the research subject in the scientific community of the country, by adopting the financing risk approach and its undeniable role on The financial performance of companies, in the first stage, through the data analysis approach of the foundation, after conducting 15 semi-structured interviews with experts, it has modeled the financing risk pattern in the transportation industry based on the qualitative research strategy and using MAXQDA coding software, then In the second stage (quantitative part), the relationship between the elements of the theory has been subjected to a quantitative test using Smart PLS2 software with the participation of 384 experts and specialists in the transportation industry. During that, 94 sub-categories were identified and finally, using the data obtained from the questionnaire, the effect of these factors on the performance of the companies in the transportation industry was investigated, during which it was determined that financing risk will have a negative effect on the performance of the companies.
