Presenting the financial model of factors influencing the attraction of foreign capital in Tehran Stock Exchange for sustainable development

Abstract
Abstract
Presenting the model of factors affecting the attraction of foreign capital in the stock market can help decision-makers and policy makers in the field of the stock market and economy to formulate and implement appropriate strategies and policies for attracting foreign capital. In this research, by using the data-based qualitative research method, it has been tried to present the financial model of factors affecting the attraction of foreign capital in the Tehran Stock Exchange for sustainable development. Based on this, by conducting interviews with fourteen professors, managers and large investors with master's degree or higher in Tehran Stock Exchange, 13 main categories were identified based on the paradigm model, which is structured in the form of six dimensions: laws and Supportive policy making, appropriate political communication and appropriate infrastructure as "causal conditions", inflation and state economy as "intervening conditions", sanctions as "background conditions", entry of modern technology and knowledge, increase in exports, increase in production efficiency and Preventing the departure of intellectual and financial capital as an "interactive dimension", attracting foreign capital as a "central phenomenon" and sustainable development and improving the country's international position as a "consequence dimension". Also, the highest frequency was related to the variables of laws and supportive policies, sanctions and appropriate political communication, which shows the importance of these variables in the research model. According to the model obtained from the research, it was found that macro and structural factors have a significant impact on the attraction of foreign capital in Tehran Stock Exchange.
  • در شناسایی عوامل موثر بر جذب سرمایه خارجی در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران جهت توسعه پایدار محققی در ایران از روش داده‌‌بنیاد استفاده نکرده است. در این پژوهش شرایط علّی، شرایط مداخله گر، شرایط زمینه ای، پدیده اصلی، راهبردها و اقدامات و پیامدهای جذب سرمایه خارجی ارائه شده است. از این نظر، پژوهش ارائه شده در حوزه جذب سرمایه گذاری خارجی جامع به نظر میرسد.
  • در این پژوهش، شرایط بومی ایران نیز لحاظ شده و مدل با توجه به این شرایط ارائه شده است. از ضعف‌های اصلی که این پژوهش آن را پوشش میدهد، تمرکز جامع بر عوامل مالی جذب سرمایه خارجی کشور است، درحالیکه پژوهش‌های موجود بیشتر در حوزه ارتباط متغیرها مطرح شده و یا جامع نیستند.
  • در این پژوهش، سعی شده از تجربیات افراد بسیار مجرب در بازار سرمایه ایران که تجربیات مدیریت عالی داشته و دارند بهره گرفته شود. با مصاحبه صورت گرفته با این افراد، این تجربیات امکان کدگذاری و ارائه شدن در این پژوهش را پیدا کردند.
  • با توجه به مدل حاصل از پژوهش مشخص شد که عوامل ساختاری از جمله قوانین و سیاست گذاری حمایتی، ارتباطات‌سیاسی مناسب و زیرساخت مناسب تاثیر بسزایی بر جذب سرمایه خارجی دارند.
  • همچنین مشخص شد شرایط عام و خاص ایران به دلیل وجود تحریم و تورم افسار گسیخته و اقتصاد دولتی جذب سرمایه خارجی را مختل کرده است.
