Abstract
The current research aimed to investigate the factors affecting the employment generation model in technical and vocational education with an investment approach (case study: Tehran province). The research method was the quantitative structural equation model method. The research community consisted of experts and experts, experts and knowledgeable people. 344 people were selected using Cochran's formula. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The analysis of the collected data was done in two descriptive and inferential methods using SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software. The results showed eight components in explaining the appropriate model for job creation in technical and professional education (case study: Tehran Province); some roles include financial and physical components, human resources, teaching and learning, scientific and innovation, economic and social education, management and evaluation, academic counseling, and finally physical, mental and psychological education. Calculated coefficient of determination and adjusted coefficient of determination; This indicated the appropriate fit for the model.
