شناسایی عوامل موثر بر سواد و رفتار مالی با تأکید بر شاخص‌های آموزش مالی و کاربرد آن در بازار سرمایه

چکیده
زمینه: در دنیای کنونی به لحاظ پیچیدگی محیط‌های تجاری جدید و تنوع خدمات و محصولات ارائه شده توسط موسسات اعتباری،کسب رفاه مالی، مستلزم درک مناسب مباحث و مسائل مالی است؛ یکی از مهم‌ترین سیاست‌های بهبود درک سواد و رفتار مالی؛ آموزش‌ سواد مالی است. بر این اساس هدف این مطالعه مدل‌سازی رفتار و سواد مالی با تأکید بر آموزش مالی است.
روش کار: مطالعه کنونی یک پژوهش کیفی-کمی است. در دسته تحقیقات کاربردی‌‌ بوده و ازلحاظ ماهیت و روش در دسته تحقیقات توصیفی و ازنظر روش اجرا پیمایشی است. جامعه مورد بررسی این پژوهش شامل تحصیل‌کنندگان هنرستان‌های حسابداری و دانشگاه، فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاهی و افرادی که در آموزشگاه دوره‌های حسابداری را فرا گرفته‌اند، می‌باشند. نمونه آماری تحقیق بر اساس فرمول کوکران و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 384 نفر تعیین شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج تحقیق 58 متغیر موثر بر سواد و رفتار مالی در قالب 8 گروه (عوامل کلان، ویژگی‌های شخصی، ویژگی‌های خانواده، فعالیت مالی، مکان جغرافیایی، شیوه آموزش، نوع آموزش و سطح آموزش) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بر اساس آماره t تفاوت معناداری مابین میانگین شاخص‌های 8 گانه در افراد با سطح سواد و رفتار مالی بالا و پایین وجود دارد. بر اساس سطح معناداری و ضرایب حاصله از اثرات نهایی مدل لاجیت متغیرهای شناسایی شده بر رفتار مالی بیش از سواد مالی تأثیرگذارند.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج تمامی متغیرهای 8 گانه بر سواد و رفتار مالی تأثیر معناداری دارند؛ در نتیجه در بهبود وضعیت این شاخص‌ها لازم است از یک دیدگاه سیستمی بهره گرفته شود.

چکیده English

Background: In today's world, in terms of the complexity of new business environments and the variety of services and products provided by credit institutions, obtaining financial prosperity requires a proper understanding of financial issues and topics; One of the most important policies to improve the understanding of financial literacy and behavior; Education is financial literacy. Based on this, the aim of this study is to model behavior and financial literacy with an emphasis on financial education.
Methodology: The current study is a qualitative-quantitative research. It is in the category of applied research, and in terms of its nature and method, it is in the category of descriptive research, and in terms of its implementation method, it is a survey. The study population of this research includes students of accounting colleges and universities, university graduates and people who have taken accounting courses in school. The statistical sample of the research was determined based on Cochran's formula and using available sampling method of 384 people.
Findings: Based on the results of the research, 58 variables affecting financial literacy and behavior were investigated in the form of 8 groups. According to the t-statistic, there is a significant difference between the average of 8 indicators in people with high and low levels of literacy and financial behavior. Based on the significance level and the coefficients obtained from the final effects of the logit model, the identified variables affect financial behavior more than financial literacy.
