چکیده
در چند دهه‌ی‌گذشته، دغدغه‌های محیط زیستی پیرامون عملیات تولیدی صنایع، سازمان‌های مختلف را برآن داشته تا از اقدامات سبز در فرآیندهای مختلف زنجیره تأمین استفاده کنند؛ بر این اساس جامعه آماری پژوهش کارکنان شاغل و با اطلاع از متغیرهای مورد سنجش در این مجموعه ها به تعداد 400 نفر لحاظ گردیده است که از میان آن‌ها با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 196 نفر به ‌عنوان نمونه با روش نمونه‌گیری به شیوه تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا، توصیفی- همبستگی است. ابزار مورد استفاده بر اساس پرسشنامه آگیابنگ منساه (2020) با 22 سوال اندازه‌گیری شد. به‌منظور تعیین روایی پرسشنامه‌‌ها، جهت اظهار نظر در اختیار اساتید محترم راهنما و مشاور و افراد خبره و مطلع در امر مسائل پژوهش قرار داده شد و روایی آن مورد تأیید قرارگرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بالای 0.7 به دست آمد که می‌توان گفت از ابزار پایایی مناسب برخوردار است. ابتدا جهت تحلیل ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی نمونه مورد نظر از پارامترهای آمار توصیفی شامل جداول و نمودارهای فراوانی و در قسمت آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش، با استفاده از نرم افزار پی ال اس ، از روش معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل عاملی استفاده شده‌ است. نتایج پژوهش، تأثیر اقدامات درونی زنجیره تأمین سبز بر همکاریهای محیطی زنجیره تأمین و مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز را تأیید نمود. همچنین مدیریت منابع انسانی بر عملکرد مالی سازمان تأثیر داشت اما تأثیر اقدامات درونی زنجیره تأمین سبز و همکاریهای محیطی زنجیره تأمین بر عملکرد مالی تأیید نگردید.

چکیده English

In the last few decades, environmental concerns about industrial production operations have led various organizations to Use green measures in various supply chain processes; Because green supply chain management as an important philosophy Organizational in reducing environmental risks and a preventive approach to increase environmental performance and achieve benefits It is considered competitive in organizations. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of internal measures of green supply chain on the performance of the organization with the mediating role of environmental supply chain cooperation and green human resource management in Agriculture and related services group companies. The statistical population of the study of all employees of these firms is 400 people. Among them, using Morgan table, 196 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of implementation method. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire that was measured based on Agiabang Mansah (2020) questionnaire with 22 questions. In order to determine the validity of the questionnaires, the questionnaires were provided to respected professors and advisors and experts and knowledgeable people in research issues for comment and its validity was confirmed. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient above 0.7, which can be said that the instrument has good reliability. In this research, descriptive and inferential statistical methods have been used to analyze the data. First, in order to analyze the demographic characteristics of the sample, descriptive statistical parameters including many tables and graphs in the test hypotheses test section, using PLS software, structural equation method and confirmatory factor analysis have been used. The results of the research confirmed the effect of internal measures of green supply chain on environmental cooperation of supply chain and green human resource management. Also, human resource management had an effect on the performance of the organization, but the effect of internal measures of the green supply chain and environmental cooperation of the supply chain on the performance of the organization was not confirmed.
