Abstract
Today, data is one of the most valuable resources in the world. Collecting, analyzing and storing and using this valuable gold helps innovation in organizations and companies and moves businesses towards a competitive future. The new data-driven economy has led to the emergence of several data applications, one of which is the economic benefits of data. The purpose of this research is to explain the concepts of data economy and also to present a data-oriented economic model from the point of view of experts, for the first time in Iran. To achieve this goal, using the snowball sampling technique, a qualitative interview was conducted with 12 experts in the form of open questions. Then, based on the Descriptive-Claizeian phenomenological approach, the data were analyzed in seven stages, and the main and secondary factors and components were extracted, analyzed and classified. After measuring the reliability and validity of the results, finally, the proposed model of the data-oriented economic model was presented from the perspective of knowledge. Based on the findings of this research, the proposed model includes 4 main factors and 31 influential components in the formation of a data-oriented economic model from the perspective of knowledge, and the main factors of the model include actors, operating model, income model and management concepts.
