Strategic Entrepreneurship Modeling in the Management of Airport Cities A case study of Imam Khomeini Airport City

Abstract
The research carried out aiming at strategic entrepreneurship modeling in the management of airport cities which have been transformed to important investment poles in the world, to achieve national, organizational and individual benefits of these capitals, promoting their competitiveness and investment and businesses attraction capabilities. The research type is qualitative-quantitative; it’s purpose is applied-developmental and method is survey-descriptive, which was done with with a new approach based on the interpretive paradigm, Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM). The primary dimensions of the model were identified through a wide review of literature. Then applying Delphi technique rounds with the participation of 18 intellectual and instrumental expert elites, the final dimensions were identified and their relationships and stratification were determined using the steps of ISM, and final model was drawn. Based on the research findings analysis of the power and dependence(MICMAC), Entrepreneurial leadership, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Entrepreneurial Culture as the cornerstones of the model at the fourth level, strategic management of resources, Opportunity-Seeking Behavior, Advantage-Seeking Behavior, Continuous Innovation, Risk-Acceptance and Prediction, Proactive Behavior in the third level, Balance between Opportunity and Advantage Seeking Behaviors and Allocation of resources between the Two, in the second level and Strategic Renewal, Business Model Reconstruction, Organizational Rejuvenation and Sustainable Regeneration in the first level are the main dimensions and levels of the final model. In conclusion, the researchers presented their suggestions for the successful implementation of the model.
