Abstract
Investment in each country depends on a set of variables, of which investment security is considered among the most important. The main purpose of this study is to investigate risk management and investment security in oil and gas companies active in the Tehran Stock Exchange market. Therefore, it has investigated risk management and investment security among 34 oil and gas companies active in the Tehran Stock Exchange market in the period from 2011 to 2022 using the Panel ARDL method. In this regard, the results have shown that risk management has a positive and significant effect on securing investment in an environment with moderate security in oil and gas companies active in the Tehran Stock Exchange.
