Abstract
This research seeks to identify the indicators that improving the financing of mines requires changing and modifying these indicators. The background of the researches carried out on this issue shows that despite the fact that some specific solutions have been provided, on the one hand, a comprehensive solution has not yet been provided, and on the other hand, based on the available statistics and the opinion of experts, the problem of financing mines still exists. To achieve this goal, library studies were conducted to understand the country's mining issues and also to examine global experiences. These studies were identified through thematic analysis and using MAXQDA software to code and identify overarching, organizing, and basic themes, and the initial conceptual model was extracted, and the initial conceptual model was completed through interviews with experts. The community of experts includes experts in the field of financing and mining, who were selected through targeted and snowball sampling. Finally, the obtained conceptual model shows that any comprehensive solution to improve the financing of mines must present its solutions in the three dimensions of macroeconomic, financial and operational. These dimensions include ten components and forty-eight indicators that determine the coordinates of the mining financing pattern.
