Bank business model with emphasis on social economic factors

Abstract
This study has been done with the aim of the bank's business model, with an emphasis on economic and social factors. The research method is a mixed study and it was done with two types of qualitative and quantitative (mixed) approaches. The statistical population of the qualitative sections included 10 qualified experts. The statistical population of the quantitative part and for validating the final model included 384 bank employees. In the first step, using the foundation's qualitative data analysis method (the approach of editing interviews, summarizing them and interpreting concepts and words), it has been done to identify the main and subcategories of the research.MAXQDA software was used for qualitative analysis. Then, using partial least squares technique and SMART PLS software, the presented model was validated. By extracting the main and sub-categories of the research using the results of the qualitative data analysis of the foundation, the final research model was presented, which consists of 11 main categories. Is. The components of financial and credit support from the cooperative sector, cultural factors, personality traits and social responsibility, and social-economic factors as causal conditions affect the central phenomenon including the bank's business.. The aforementioned central phenomenon, together with the background conditions including banking software and hardware infrastructures and information and communication technologies and intervening conditions including governance and environment, have an effect on strategies including marketing. Finally, the mentioned strategy leads to consequences including productivity, effectiveness and efficiency and creation of innovation.
